Summer School K.U.Leuven School of Business and Economics
June 13-26, 2010
It is a pleasure to introduce our 2010 Summer School, an idea first mooted last year by Ekonomika, the hyperactive student union and fully embraced by the Faculty. We go for a 2 week full-time course ‘Doing Business with Europe(ans)’ with 2 parallel themes: a tour of EU policies and institutions and a training in intercultural management with focus on, of course, Europe. Next to our own Business and Economics Faculty we have guest speakers from K.U.Leuven’s interfaculty program on European Studies, and from Living Stone Intercultural Entrepreneurship. A third optional week leads to nearby key capitals including Amsterdam, Bonn, Paris and Luxemburg. The course aims at overseas participants: students from non-universities, executives affiliated with the House of TIE, and students and executives invited through our Chambres of Commerce in the South.
Welcome to the course. We hope you’ll like it.
