Babbel in de Jachtlaan
" It feels like standing on the shoulders of giants who invite us into much larger worlds than we ever imagined".
The rise of the internet, the growing importance of emerging markets and the proliferation of networking organisations, all make it easier to link talent with opportunity around the world.
‘Babbel in de Jachtlaan’ is Living Stone’s nomadic learning platform giving a voice to (non-western) intellectuals, community and business leaders in Belgium and on the Living Stone Gateway-track. 'Babbel in de Jachtlaan' provides background briefings to entrepreneurs and travellers to better understand political, economic, cultural and business developments in the region at stake. The inspiring emigration from eurocentrism is nurtured by prof.dr.Louis Baeck in his essay: 'De nieuwe wereldeconomie en haar kleurige beeldvorming' (2011).

- Shanghai, 19 October 2010: report by Marc De Kegel on talk with the Belgian Consul-general, the representative of Flanders Investment & Trade en legal advisor and mediator to western multinationals Mrs Liang Qin on good business practice with China.
- Leuven, 9 December 2010: prof.em. Louis Baeck starring 'Don Occidente and the New Profile of the World Economy'.
